Over all this has been a great hotel. My only complaint was on check in the young lady behind the desk was new and her GM (his name is Ben)was training her I guess(she said she has been here 1 week) he was rude to her and not very patient. I was the only one checking in. She was very pleasant. I also came back one evening after work and someone had a truck with a trailer parked out front taking up 6 parking spots. He should have been made to park out back.

I have come here for the past 4 years. I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is customer friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The breakfast is excellent. I will continue coming here! In my opinion, this Holiday Inn is A+. I also want to add that I am a handicapped senior and I felt totally safe.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and relaxing.. Internet intermittent but once links were reset worked well. Cookies in the evening.. nice breakfast with friendly service staff..easy access to activities and sites

Very convenient and a short 10-15 minute drive to FSU and downtown area. Staff was very friendly and rooms were simple, but clean and quiet. The breakfast was pretty basic, but good for a quick bite. Parking was plentiful and free. Overall a great stay.

Hotel conveniently located near Walmart for food and extra needs purchases. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, water pressure in shower was perfect, and Staff were all polite and helpful. We were there during Summer graduation.. so hotel was very busy… but our room was exceptionally quiet. Would stay there again.
